Radio camp will run for three weeks this August:

Aug 11-15
Aug 18-22
Aug 25-29

Camp Counsellors needed for 2014

Specific duties include:

Supervise Radio Camp for youth aged 10-13.
Responsible for three sessions of week long summer camps (three weeks plus training days in total).
Contribute to a positive, safe and enriching camp experience.
Serve as a role model for camp participants.
Monitor participants work and effectiveness of camp activities.

The following qualifications are an asset:

Strong organizational, time management and leadership skills.
Experience with youth at risk and EAL.
Background or interest in the field of education, arts or social work.
Knowledge of 95.9 FM CKUW’s history and mandate.
A friendly outgoing personality.

30 hours per week, August 11-15, 18-22, 25-29 (Plus 2-3 days of training).
$12.50 per hour.

Deadline for applications is Thursday June 12th at 4:30pm
